What's in a drawing set
- Existing and proposed floor plans with dimensions.
- Interior elevations — cabinetry, tile, and built-ins.
- Electrical, lighting, and plumbing plans.
- Finish and fixture schedules.
- 3D renderings where they help a decision.
Who uses them
Homeowners who want comparable bids from more than one contractor, and builders who want a clean set to work from. Drawings follow standard architectural drafting conventions so any contractor can read them.
What WOODWERD does not do
WOODWERD is a residential design studio, not a construction company and not an architecture firm. If a project needs an engineer's or architect's seal — structural changes, for example — we'll say so early and coordinate with the right professional.
Where we work
Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Lakeway, Bee Cave, and Georgetown, Texas.
