What the kitchen design package includes
- A working session on how you cook, gather, and store — the routines the layout has to serve.
- Measured existing conditions and the constraints behind the walls, found early.
- A layout with dimensions and clearances worked out for the real room.
- Cabinetry, appliance placement, electrical, lighting, and plumbing locations, documented.
- 3D renderings so you can see the finished kitchen before construction starts.
- Finish and fixture selections pulled into one clear style guide, with specifications for ordering.
- A drawing set your contractor or cabinet shop can quote and build from.
How it works
Every project follows the same three phases. Think: we learn how you actually live and what you want the kitchen to do. Design: we turn that into drawings and renderings you can sign off on. Style: we select and specify the finishes so the room reads the way it was designed to.
Cost
Kitchen design is a fixed-fee package, quoted after a short intro call once we understand the size and scope of the room. The first conversation is free and virtual.
Who it's for
Homeowners planning a kitchen remodel or building new who want a considered design and a clear plan before construction — and who would rather hire a designer than an architect for the job. WOODWERD is design only; you bring your own builder, or we can work with the one you choose.
Where we work
Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Lakeway, Bee Cave, and Georgetown, Texas.
Recent kitchens include Transitional Redux, Shaker Modern, and French Country — see them on the home page.
